Yes. All data is stored only on your device using local storage. Nothing is ever sent to a server or shared with anyone.
Your data will be deleted along with the app since it is stored locally on your device. There is no backup. Export or screenshot important entries before deleting.
The app automatically keeps up to 5 years of data. Entries older than 5 years are removed to maintain performance.
Close the app fully, reopen it, and tap the text field again. If the issue continues, try clearing your browser/app cache and reloading.
The chart shows the last 30 days. Make sure you have saved entries by checking the Calendar page. Data only appears on days where you completed a check-in.
On the Mood page, scroll down to find the Reminder Settings section. Enable reminders and choose your preferred time. You may need to allow notification permissions when prompted.
Yes! On the Symptom Checker page, scroll to the bottom and use the "Add a Symptom" field. Custom symptoms are saved permanently as options.
On the Daily Medication page, set your expected number of daily doses (1, 2, or 3). Your adherence percentage will appear on the Charts page when you enable "Med Adherence %".
